okay moving on, SUNDAY was a great but obviously a fucking tiring day for me...i had sea training at 8am-10am...rowed for about 10k dat morning...cant believe it myself la...LOL..haha..cool shit man!..haha...went straight to sentosa after showering..EXTREME right??..haha...
reached vivo at around 11 like dat..was super hungry..so i went to LONG JOHN SILVERS to eat..hungry ma..den after that met the rest at sentosa lorr...had to admit the outing was super sian..not many ppl turned up...BUT, the babes donw there surely turned me on sia!...wtf!!!...haahhaha...went to vivo to eat dinner afterwards and slacked and played some LAMESHIT games la..okok basically that's all we did for sunday la..

As for today i missed some parts of the lecture for logistics..cant blame me..was super tired...i slept and drooled during lecture..sorry MR Chit...anyway after that was IDEAS which was boring..had one hour break..after break NAVSAFety den end liao!...haha...went to do accounts project with kt,ratna,shiera,zul,ho shuying,cindy,singyong,minghui,junhong,danial and shukrito(dunno how to spell la)..-sorry if i missed out ur names guys..
okay i think we're really lagging behind for the project..i totally forgot my secondary school work lorr...so its much more difficult for me to do accounts back again lorr..SIAN TIAO!...okok im off to sleep liao..haha...chaoz!

woooh!...super shagged...haha...had council fiesta yesterday(friday)...den had to run here and there like mad dog to help out with union and smac...hmmm....mum talked to me and gave me some uselful advice...never seen her so damn sweet la...hmmm...im touched..haha..thanks alot mum!..frisbee competition and the cutting of the whoppingly delicious 130dollar cake was held simultaneously at the multi-purpose field and fc5 respectively....DANNNGGGGGGG!!!!...cool right?...haha obviously i went for the cutting of the cake part la....the cake is heavenly man!!!...wtf its the best chocolate cake i ever had la!!!!...WAAAAA....the whole event was a success and im happy FOR NOW..we "close shop" only around 10...was happily walking to smac club to grab my bag when i realised dat no one is in the club and that the club key is in my bag which is inside the room..which is locked..that was the most stupidest thing i've ever done in my life....wtf man!....dats extreme GAYNESS la..wtf..stupid me le!!!...waaa.....i ended up going home without my bag..luckily my wallet and hp was with me...otherwise i GG man..haha....

okay that was on friday..today's a saturday and i had to wake up freaking early just to go down to school to get back my bag and den go for db training..anstin and angel so good..they helped me to paint the banner le..thanks alot guys!...at the same time noelle performed for her teenage icon today at hereen i think..called jw to tell her that i couldnt make it cause of training..den one ironic thing was dat the moment i called jw,she was actually singing at that time..i heard through my phone la..quite nice le..anyway im SUPER SORRY NOELLE...
today's training was tiring...we did alot of upper body workout at the gym on thursday ma and due to that my body was aching everywhere man...NBCB!..paddled alot today..nice work to myself and my team..haha...tmr having another optional training and im seriously going man!!!...haha....ouh yarr plus tmr having club outing@SENTOSA!!!...haha...currently im home alone and im super sian + super shagged + super full..i think i go watch TV..been a long time since i last touched the remote...chaoz!

abit lazy to blog...prolly im just too shagged...the main thing i did for yesterday is :

-skipped the whole of poly marinas' lessons
-stayed in school to look at the banner designed by aliff
-played socccer while waiting for training to start
-went for DB training(at last!!!!)

-went home after training

as usual we went to poly marina for lessons today...we studied all those shit about centre of gravity,shifting of it and summore la...boring shit..after dat had practical...we were tested on knots...got 8 i think:

anyway we did some stretching and off we go for our 500m race!...we got fifth lorr!....out of 5 teams dat is!..they all damn big sized la!!...unfair!

today had training from 3.30pm-6.30pm...training was much better than wednesday for me...wednesday's training i had to row left......damn pain la my arms...luckily im rowing right for tmr's race..anyway today we got a chance to row with the seniors siol!!!!....shiokkkkkk man!...hahahahah....we met up with the coach....he damn zai lorr....power pac sia...haha...den he thought us the techniques of rowing...plus many more la...he's a canoeist himself...cool aye?...haha...after training captain briefed( is it spelled correctly?) us on tmr's race...
he then issued us the pedals and lifevests..happy siol get a touch of the pedal..haha...but the captain advised us to not be complacent and all...frankly i pity my teammates who didnt get in for tmr's race...but im sure they'll do better for the upcoming trainings...jia you SPDB!...haha...

after class had db training...today they ran at a faster pace sia...ran 8rounds around the fully combed stadium(canoeists,soccer boys,athletes were there..poly50 training was held there too -.-)..didnt know it was timed and they actually monitored us...after the run we did pull ups and weights.....sibeh pain la my body...aching evrywhere man...song bo?...lol...haha...only at the end of the training then they selected those who got the top 20 positions for the run (see top)...anyway it was really shocking dat i was chosen....U GUYS KNOW WHAT DAT MEANS ANOT????...dat means this 20 will get to race on either saturday or sunday!!!!(not confirmed...sorry la)...wa sibeh cool la...i wish all the best to the rest of my fellow db mates for the next 20 selection for the second boat...jia you!..

went out with my sss clique just now.....with abdillah,maisarah,hayati,nana,hidayah and khairul...wa miss them alot sia...wtf...like i've nvr seen them for a long time sia...okay..anyway we went out to celebrate nana and abdillah's birthday..nana's birthday is on the 5th while abdillah's is on the 2nd i think..anyway happy belated birthday to them..
