i wanna blog quickly and go off to sleep...sibeh tired today...
as usual we went to poly marina for lessons today...we studied all those shit about centre of gravity,shifting of it and summore la...boring shit..after dat had practical...we were tested on knots...got 8 i think:
1)reeve knot
2)timber hitch knot
3)clove hitch
4)figure of eight
5)round and 2 half hitch (i think)
6)bowline
7)ship's shank
ouh shit i forgot the eighth knot!..aiya fuck it the test is over anyway!..haha....
after lessons got training...at first really sian and didnt want to go...den pushed myself to look on the brighter side..
okay this is what we did for training today :

-ran 5k
-8sets of 10 pullups...for each assisted, do 10 push ups
-do weights 20 sets of 8 stations

fucking tiring right?....really lorr...wa...sibeh shaggenizing man!!!...okay..tmr got lessons from 9 onwards...jia lat!...i dun think im going for NSAF tutorial!...fuck it man!...DANGGGGGGGGGGGGG..hahahahaha....okay la...sibeh tired...off to bed chaoz!
