woooootsss la tmr race!!!!......really cant wait man...

today had training from 3.30pm-6.30pm...training was much better than wednesday for me...wednesday's training i had to row left......damn pain la my arms...luckily im rowing right for tmr's race..anyway today we got a chance to row with the seniors siol!!!!....shiokkkkkk man!...hahahahah....we met up with the coach....he damn zai lorr....power pac sia...haha...den he thought us the techniques of rowing...plus many more la...he's a canoeist himself...cool aye?...haha...after training captain briefed( is it spelled correctly?) us on tmr's race...
he then issued us the pedals and lifevests..happy siol get a touch of the pedal..haha...but the captain advised us to not be complacent and all...frankly i pity my teammates who didnt get in for tmr's race...but im sure they'll do better for the upcoming trainings...jia you SPDB!...haha...

okay i didnt get to go for the "hooked" event thingy..really sucky coz i really very tired the day before and i woke up only around 12pm today..sian right?...they got free NUM tanktops lorr....fucking shit....i want le..aiya but i think today's training i really learnt alot sia..anyway i hope those who i know will come and support me for my race tmr.....really excited coz it's my first race lorr...its at bedok reservoir and its happening from 9am onwards...be there people!...haha...good luck to my team!...okok mum's angry i gotta go bathe and makan...chaoz!
