okay today sibeh tiring day..woke up at 6.00am to get ready for training..training starts at 8am..left house at 6.45am and reached kallang at 7.30am..today not many ppl turned up...family day ma...haha...anyway dom n zhen rong didnt turn up also...o.O

today we did 12K....ended at around 10am..tiring la deyyy!!...after 12K den we did 4sets of 4.30 (4 hard strokes, and 30 FREAKING GODLINKE SPEEDY strokes)...wa the pacers damn zhai la...hahaha...okok after rowing we had to go for a run...all because of the "AH NEH" who said he wanted to run the day before...he damn "ON" sia!!....he said he going for today's training and suggested that everyone to go for a run after that...like wtf right saboh ppl?....just because he's from track and field and own other ppl when running doesnt mean he has to saboh other ppl and pang seh us right?....haiyoooo...sad life...CB he never come training summore sia!.....SUPER ON at the start but ended up didnt go for training...

ok la...after training they went to eat at the coffeeshop opposite kallang mrt..after that hui jia lorr..wa i slept like AIRPORK sia when i reached home...siao liao...super sleepy la...actually was supposed to do project after training but chu xiang was sick la...aiyo....get well soon to him...okay anyway tmr got ideas presentation..i think im off to discuss with my group about tmr's presentation..chaoz!
