today's training was quite a bore..
we didnt row dat much...only 6k...after 6k coach spoke to us and reminded us about the strokes..den went back to shore..how boring could it be?..
okay anyway we stole NUS's boat today..haha..but the boat super sucky le..wtf..the seats are very slippery..there's a small crack on the gunrail(somewhere in the middle of the boat)....saded..
plus there's alot of crap in that boat le...we found someone's bag and shirt in there...im like wtf??...haha..
after rowing still need to go for run...but this time ran a shorter distance...2.4km nia..BUT we did 4 sets of 10 pull ups la..most prolly to compensate for the remaining 1.6km...haha
training ended at about 11.30am as the rest had to go study ma...ironically today i went home straight after training....went home and slept till 6pm..

BUT WAIT!...WHEN I WOKE UP I SAW THIS FREAKINGLY GAY LIZARD!....IT IS SUPER BIG LA...NB STILL DARE TO CRAWL AROUND NOBODY'S...ALAMAK..IM GONNA CRUSH IT'S HEAD MAN!!! KNN
