ok today's post will be about yesterday and today..too shagged to update on wednesday..haiya anyways we had training on wednesday and thursday..

WEDNESDAY (what we did on that day) :
-we did sprints(running) instead of the usual long distance
= 4 x 400m , 2 x 200m , 2 x 100m sprints
nb have to admit the freaking sprints can kill...much more tiring then the long distance running
-rowed usual 3k warmup
- 2 x 800m
-2 x 500m
-2 x 3oom
-2 x 200m

THURSDAY (what we did on that day) :
-short distance running : 2.4km
-6 sets of 10 pull ups
-3k rowing warmup as usual
-6 x 500m
-mixed training with the girls team

thursday was a noobylishly tiring day for me...survived training..thank god..right after training i had to meet my old classmates(SSS 4ec 2007) at sentosa...anyway we had alot of fun at sentosa..though many noobshits didnt turn up..(KNNBCCBSMLJTMD).. yulin,nana,susu,noel,jasmine,darren,khidhir,ks,lijian.sammy,stephen and agnes were the ones that brought their asses down to sentosa..
met up with pita after her work and she treated us mcflurry...so nice of her.....NOT!...haha..no la..anyway she so kind to us la..birthday coming soon ma..okok..after that trained back home with them...only managed to grab a few pics from them..nb.....i think they're more pics in sim yulin's camera..imma spam her till i get the pics...
