sorry havent been updating that much...been quite a shaggenizing week for me la...trainings and stuff....nb...upcoming race on the 13th sept...that's why we're training like dogs almost everyday..aiyay but it's also for my own good ma..aha

okok friday i had no training so i stayed at home and played dota the whole day...then saturday had training....did

-usual 5k run
-warm up 3k rowing
-sprints : 2 x 500
4 x 300
4 x 200
have to admit that training nearly killed me man...nb..my throat was super duper dry after training..wa KNOCKED OUT during the ride home in the MRT...reached home around 3, switched on the damn air con to 18 degress and slept till 6pm..

ok rest for today....today i woke up at 6.30pm...dunno how i slept for 10hours..okay..anyway there's training tmr..gotta sleep early..haha..sorry today's post no photos...aahahaha...anyway im off to dota...chaoz!
