training today..we did:

-usual run, but this time 2.4k
-8 sets of 10 pull ups
-rowed 10k

ironically today's training was much easier compared to the usual split 7ks that we did..cool shit aye??...haha..thanks to all those shitty, sucky, imba and godly trainings man..
ok attendance was gay today..junior boat totalled 7pairs while senior's was lesser by a pair i think..okay anyway there's 4more trainings for this whole week..i really cant wait till the fasting month is over..hahahahahaha
