Friday lessons are super sian
from 8am-12pm.
then continue 3pm-5pm nbcb

today was dcb day (double cheeseburger day) - every friday
ashraf came to sk to eat dcb with me after my lessons.

today also a rest day.

but i didnt want to be complacent so i went for a run and did some pull ups.

i badly wanted to know how my 2.4k timing was.
and i was proud and happy for myself when i clocked 9:50:38 for it
